Pre-Flight Checklist
Tick these off before workshop day. Most of it is one-time the first time; later workshops on the same allocation only need the "few days before" and "day of" sections.
First time / new allocation
~2 weeks ahead — skip if your allocation already exists and is current
A few days before
2–3 days ahead — leaves time for the ~4-hour user sync
End-to-end test (do once)
After adds sync — prove the whole student path works before you rely on it live

You're GO when…
The end-to-end test passed, every student is added with an institutional email, the allocation is active with SUs, and adds were done far enough ahead to sync. Any of those missing = fix before class.
